The Institute
was started in the year 1963 with intake capacity of 64 seats
in four trades. At Present the institute have intake capacity
of above 1468 seats / year in 27 different trades of one and
two years duration, imparting vocational training in Junagadh.
Institute is an ISO 9001:2000 certified Government ITI in the
state which shows our assurance and commitment for quality
services. Institute is also declared as Centre of Excellence ,
Training Centre. |

Industrial Training institute Junagadh is
an ISO-9001:2000 certified institute and governed by
Directorate of Employment & Training. The institute conducts
different technical and non-technical courses. The institute
has been established in 1963 ..sanction capacity of 1136 seats
including 24 trades at Pancheshwar Road, Junagadh. |

of Excellence” in the first phase in the FY 2005-2006 through
domestic resources and 400 ITIs through World Bank Assistance.I.T.I.
Junagadh is among ITI's in the country which has been selected by DGE&T(Directorate
General of Employment & Training), Ministry of Labour &

The purpose of
this Placement Advisory Bureau is to deliver
employment related service to the iti students. One room with
proper infrastructure has been allocated for this Bureau in our
iti. Newspapers, magazines and books have been made available in
this bureau which can be helpful to the iti trainees to get
employment information.
